Governor Hogan Announces Medical and Body Armor Aid Package For Ukraine

Governor Hogan announced a multimillion dollar aid package, including medical supplies and body armor, to support the people of Odesa, Ukraine—a sister city of Baltimore.

This is another example of Governor Hogan’s steadfast support for the people of Ukraine. In his role as National Co-Chair of No Labels, Governor Hogan has been leading a bipartisan effort since March advocating for the U.S. to provide greater military assistance to Ukraine, joining Senator Joe Lieberman and former Director of National Intelligence Admiral Dennis Blair “in urging President Biden and Congress to provide or facilitate delivery of vital additional military aid to Ukraine.”

Governor Hogan also took part in a prayer service in Baltimore at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church and held a prayer vigil in support of Ukraine outside the Maryland State House.
