Governor Hogan Blasts Democratic Anti-Democracy Election Meddling

Governor Hogan is continuing to call out national Democratic groups who are boosting Trump-endorsed candidates to face for their own partisan gain. Governor Hogan called out the DCCC for buying TV ads in support of a Trump-aligned candidate running in a primary against incumbent Congressman Peter Miejer — one of ten Republicans who voted for impeachment.

Over the weekend, Governor Hogan joined ABC’s “This Week,” CNN’s “State of the Union” with Jake Tapper, and wrote an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal to sound the alarm, arguing that this dangerous tactic “will come at the cost of ceding the moral high ground in the fight to defend democracy.”
