Governor Hogan penned the introduction of Congressman Adam Kinzinger in the 2021 TIME100 Next edition, which names “emerging leaders from around the world who are shaping the future.” In the piece, Governor Hogan praises Congressman Kinzinger for “standing up for what he believed was right…when it was most challenging and least convenient.”
This comes as Governor Hogan is leading “the battle for the soul of the Republican Party.” Stating “I’m not going to be one of those ones that’s abandoning the party or giving up,” Governor Hogan argues in a recent Dispatch article that Republicans can’t afford to keep “turning off big chunks of the electorate” by refusing to condemn “crazy, just flat-out lies being told by conspiracy theorists.”
