According to the Morning Consult poll, America’s most popular Governors are Republicans leading in heavily Democratic states with three of the top four most popular governors meeting this description.
In contrast to both President Biden and President Trump who consistently poll in the 30s, Governor Hogan will be leaving office as the most popular Governor in Maryland history with a 71% approval rating.
