According to Gonzales Polling, Governor Hogan will leave office with an eye-popping 77% approval rating, including an 81% among African-Americans and historic 74% average approval over the last eight years. According to Gonzales, “Never in our three plus decades of rating Maryland governors had any approached this level.”
