The Washington Examiner reported that Governor Hogan applauded his friend Senator Manchin for demonstrating the courage to stand up to his own party by rejecting President Biden’s partisan and reckless spending bill.
In April, Senator Manchin attended Governor Hogan’s Annapolis infrastructure summit, where a bipartisan group of House members, Senators, and Governors agreed on the size and scope of the bipartisan infrastructure bill.
